Car runs 15-20 sec. and then dies V70-XC70 1998

OK, new problem. Now when I start the car, it starts and runs for about 15-20 seconds, then it dies. There is no CE light. When I try to restart, the engine just spins. When I let the car sit for a few minutes, and then try to restart, it does so for that 15-20 second cycle. I suspect the fuel filter. Any other ideas?
