Car care 850 1993

I am looking for a really good wash and wax for my cherry red 850 GLT. I had it detailed (for the first time) a couple of months ago. It looked great for a while but is now not as shiny as it could be. I have a bit of oxidation on the hood by the windscreen that disappeared after the detailing but is now showing its face again. I dread waxing cars myself. Also, any ideas for leather care? I have heard that once you use Armourall on the dashboard you have to continue to use it, and frequently. I have never therefore, put anything on the dashboard.

On another note, the jockeybox is a bit loose on one side and is not flush with the dash. I can't see how to get it tightened. . .

Any ideas?
