Check Engine Light V70-XC70 1999

I have a 1999 V70 AWD. 68000 + miles. So far I have had the Turbo replaced, the evap. canister replaced and the torque arm bushing replaced all under a warranty that I purchased when I bought the vehicle. I have had the vehicle for about 2.5 months and love it. I knew what I was getting into when I purchased it ie. not the best used vehicle to buy. Now to the problem. My check engine light keeps coming on. The code that is stored points towards a "gross fuel pressure leak". The entire fuel system has been visually inspected with nothing out of the ordinary found. I am aware of the refueling process and adhere to it. My mechanic resets the light but after a week or so it reactivates. Has anyone had a similar problem?
