New to FWD - ATF and Idling noise question V70-XC70 2000

Just picked up a 2000 v70. I'm sure I'll have a lot more questions. Already spending double amount of time here since I'm now following this forum and maintaining my interest in the RWD forum to keep my 94 240 and 940 going.

I have a 2000 V70, NA. I believe this has the 5 speed auto. AW5 I presume. Per the owners manual for AW5 on page 134, it says "only Volvo gearbox oil 1161540-8. Do not mix with other oils."
I'm not familiar with this for ATF. I'm more familiar with the Dexron III specified for the AW4.

Does this mean I can only get ATF from the dealer?

2nd question. Engine noise in the cabin at a stoplight is somehat loud, even when compared to just taking the foot off the brake and creeping. Is there an engine mount needing to be replaced, or is this normal?

Thanks, enjoying the FWD experience so far.

Tom
