Still No power roof, windows and mirrors S70 1998

Checked all fuses and the three aluminum covered breakers and all appear to be good. The car has been sitting outside for a couple of months and the last time I used the roof was to make sure it was closed by rocking the switch back and forth until the position looked good. I notice that the inside shade does not close all the way foward, it misses by about an inch. Is it possible that there is some kind of safety mechanism on the roof linkage? I really hate to have to go to the dealer and be at their mercy.

Thanks

Acerejo
