You do have a flame box under the intake on every volvo, but the turbo will not have a flame box filter by the throttle, Youhave the elbow on the side of the intake, You can just replace that nipple, Its not easy and takes a couple of needle nose pliers. Its easier said then done, I know but im sure code 212 is in your car ( long term fuel trim upper limit) and at idle your car will have a disruption in idle.
