S40 problems. Your experience? S40-V40

Feel your pain...

My wife & I bought a used 2000 V40 1.9T off a dealer lease with 20K mls. I have never had some much trouble with any vehicle I have ever owned! First brakes wore out at 10K, after 20k, the new tires have tread seperation. I've had three check engine lights come on, engine mounts at 45K, and had the vehicle in for new software as well, any sensors have been replaced in the year that we've ENJOYED it.

When we were first looking it was a real toss up ... Celica, Passat, Saturn, and this piece of work! I know what I won't choose next time !
