Handful of problems on my 99 S70 T5 S70 1999

I'm having a handful of problems with my S70 T5. I hope some of you can help. The vehicle is still under warranty (for 5K miles) but our Volvo dealership has to be the biggest bunch of morons I ever ran into. I bought this vehicle in another state when I lived there. Moved here and now I'm dealing with a volvo dealership that acts like they've never actually seen a Volvo before.

1) The vehicle slowly (very slowly) loses power steering fluid. In the past 2 years I've filled it 2 times.

2) Upon starting the vehicle idles roughly. Once the car warms up everything is fine. So far the dealership has done a full tuneup but it hasn't fixed a thing.

3) A sharp CRACK sound occasionally comes from what I think is the windshield and black plastic piece that touches it.

Any suggestions on what to tell the mechanic would be appreciated.
