electrical S80 1999

Today my wife saw a message displayed that said,"Stop car and restart."
When she could safely stop she did so.When I can home she said the turn signals do not work.
When looking further at the car here is what I observe:

turn signals do not work,emergency flashers work.

the message box in lower left of dash does not light up at all except to read drivers door open when it really is open.

headlight switch does not function,lights stay on running while the led indicatror at the headlight switch indicates parking lights on;dash dimmer works;high beams do not work.

license plate lights do not work.

As far as I can tell,for the moment,everything seems to be working.I have not yet checked all of the fuses.Is this possibly a fuse issue, a relay issue, or an issue for VADIS?
