Thinking of buying an S80 S80

I've done the homework - you have not. Your comments are based upon anecdotal evidence - your own. My comments are based upon reading through all the crap on this board for the last 3 years. Volvo has FAILED to stand behind the 1999 and 2000 S80. They could care lesss about the problems owners have had with these cars. Maybe the 2001 and up car is "better" but that's apretty relevant statement. Again - go to the MB boards and you will not hear the griping and compalining you hear here about the S80. As for wholesale prices - I'm talking about the value of an S80 as compared to other cars in its class - not the difference between 99 and 00 model years. The market is flooded with these cars for one simple reason - nobody wants 'em!
