ABS Light & Hazard Lights S70 1998

My 98 S70 GLT all of a sudden has had the ABS light coming on and off intermittently. It always comes on if I really accelerate off of a light or stop sign, but after turning the car off it doesn't come back on. Sometime if the light doesn't come on when accelerating it comes on when I push the brakes, the ABS tries to activate but does the shuttering like it is having problems and the brake pedal drops a little but braking is fine... any ideas on this?

Also the hazard button on the interior of the car had come completely out of its hole in the dash, I think the clips came off ... does anyone know if you can just replace the clips or do I need to replace the whole indicator unit?
