Front end 'knock' S80

I have a 2000 S80 T-6. At 22,000 miles the ball joints were replaced.
At 25,000 miles the sway bar links were replaced. At 40,000 miles the
sway bar links were replaced again and the dealer thought the shocks were making excess noise, so they were also replaced. I do like this car , but the front suspension is truly unique. Currently (46,000) I'm _occassionaly experiencing a single "knock" on hard right hand turns, and when the wheel is straightened out I hear another "knock". It sounds as if something is popping out of place and then popping back in. I'm taking the car in for service in a couple of weeks and I doubt they will hear this noise when they drive the car("we didn't hear anything). Logistics don't always allow me to take someone at the dealership out on a test drive. I realize there has been numerous suspension problems with this car, but does this "noise/knock" sound familiar to anyone?
