wagon lift gate shocks in cold 850 1995

You don't squeeze the new clamp when installing it into the hose. You just push the clamp into the hose. It snap like a spring. When you get the clamp, you know what I meant. The clamp itself is made of metal and quite stiff. You have to remember which side of the clamp goes into the hose and the side of the clamp goes into the radiator when you removed the old clamp from the radiator and hose.

The hose plug into the radiator connector and the clamp is to prevent the hose coming out of the radiator connector. Everything will be clear once you remove the old clamp and has the hose out of the radiator.
