97 850 T-5 Should I? 850 1997

I am looking at a 850 T-5 97 with 150k miles on it at the volvo dealer in our town. Its a 1 owner and looks to be in great shape. My thinking is anything that would probably have broken down would haev done so by now. The car will be driven basically in town from work to home avg about 8k miles a year... I am looking for 3 years of use max probably... antying I should look for?
