laging when accelerating 850 1995

hello all , i have a 1995 850 GLE , the last week im feeling that the car is slow at accelerating from stand still , and i dont mean fast acceleration , i mean normal driving , it feels like its VERY VERY heavy , or like the tires are way over inflated , or slipping althought all of the obove is not true and its summer in here, its not in limp-home mode ,and i got no error codes at all, the tires are at 35 (max 40) and nobody in the car accept me.
i dont know if this is relevent but i have the thing that goes from the back of the engine to the exhaut (S shape) needs fixing .
ya and im doing city driving

also 2 days ago i was stoping in trafic on a hill road (going up) wheni wanted to roll (put it on 3rd) the car ddnt move although ddnt go backward but not forward either so i had to move it to D .
