Buying CD receiver from CrutchField - any experience? S40-V40 2001

I am thinking about getting a CD deck from CrutchField for my 2001 S40. I am thinking of the AIWA MP3/CD deck. I wonder if anyone here has any experience with Crutchfield and how easy it is to install with the kit provided by them? I have not installed any CD deck myself in the past so I am a bit hestitate.

I have asked a few local audio/video shops, and they all claim they can do it, althought they have not done any before with Volvo, and they all want upward of $200.00, which I think is a rip-off.
