HELP - dead windshield wipers! 850 1994

I disagree with the thought that its the nuts holding down the arms--just too coincidental that both would give out at the same moment. Its prolly not a fuse if you hear the relay but look anyhow-its too easy to skip. If its not the motor it could be linkage conecting the wiper pivots-That would be my guess-on older models it was a real nasty job-removal of alot of dash and still had to know the tricks to rehooking the pivots to new linkage--if not a fuse--id see the dealer--good luck--H
