850 Wagon...gas door won't open!?!? 850

Here is my problem....Went to fill up with gas today, get out of my 1996 850 Turbo Wagon to fill'er up and the gas door won't open. I tried cycling the locks and turning the car on and off. Unfortunately nothing seems to be working. Any ideas on how to fix this would be appreciated. Is the gas door lock associated with a fuse that could have blown? Could the alarm system be goofing this up? I've had the wagon for about 8 months now, never a problem like this. Help!
