Pulsating purr in Idle; display also pulsates.... S80 1999

When I come to a stop in my T6 at a light or in my driveway, etc., the car pulsates annoyingly... The car is just shy of 75K miles. I took it in for service and forgot to mention it to the dealer. The dealer did notice it anyhow, and said that it would clean the throttle plate... and to "keep an eye on it for a few weeks." It didn't go away yet and it happens if the car has the A/C on or not....

Any ideas on specific causes/fixes, what I should tell dealer, or relevant service bulletins I should be aware of? Thanks!
