V70 XC AWD 1999 lighter outlets gone out V70-XC70 1999

Hello
I have a V70 XC AWD 1999
Yesterday, both the front and the rear cigarete lighter outlets stopped functionning. I have tested them with a voltmeter: no current in either.

I have checked the fuse boxes (main and additional), and haven't seen any burnt fuse there (by the way, which fuse numbers are they supposed to be? it'd have been faster than taking all of them out-- the user guide doesn't seem to mention the outlets in its list).

Any ideas where to go next?
