Clunck in Front 850

I have a 95 - 850T and recently have been hearing a clunck in the front passenger side of the car when traveling over rough roads. The car has 140k and what i believe are the original struts. The car does not bounce excessively over bumbs which would indicate that the struts are in ok condition. Although it only happens when the right front wheel encounters a patch of rough surface. Is there something common, maybe mechanical that could be causing this noise other than the struts?

Thanks
