RPMs Fluctuate at Idle 850

One morning while my engine was cold at a stop light the RPMs began to fall from normal idle at about 850 to around 500 and rise again to about 1k, back and forth like this. There was also increased vibration felt through the steering wheel and a rythmic jolt, like every so many seconds a "kick" where vibrations became worse. It never stalled, the CEL light or any light never came on. It didn't do it when i started it up after school, the engine cold again.
I added some Fuel system cleaner that night just in case b/c I needed gas anyways, I run 93 octane all the time BTW. The plugs done 4k ago, i'd have to check records for dist cap/rotor, dont know off top of head. It hasn't happened again. Any ideas? Seems kinda weird to happen only once, this was a week ago. Could it be fuel delivery related due to the fact it went away after filling up? Like fuel filter or something?
