If you can keep both do so. I vote to keep your 240 especially if you've had no problems with it thus far.

The 850 may/may not prove to be more expensive in the long run, depending on the upkeep it previously had (don't let the mileage fool you). If you can have a mechanic look at it before you buy that would be the best bet. Remember with that few miles it hasn't had many services.

Worst mistake I ever made selling my 87 240DL :(
