Wind noise in S70 S70 1999

I just bought a 99 S70 from a good friend without test driving it. I know its history and it's a great car but the wind noise generated from the top portion of the winshield is making re-think my decision. How do you cure this problem? Is it caused by the upper weather strip or the top edge of the side weather strip? I need to find the cause and fix it. I asked the dealer about the service bulletin that addresses this problem but 2 dealers know nothing about it. Does anyone have any details?
