Foglight wiring S70

Trying to install Hella foglights as I'm cheap and didn't want to spend close to $100. OK, maybe my time would have been more worthwhile! Trying to figure out the wiring ...

At the dash I pulled the appropriate blank plug and found a yellow connector with 4 wires. Assume if I make the right one hot the dash indicator for fogs would lite up, no? I'm puzzled as I also attemtpted to light up the fog pre-installing by running a jumper across the suspected wires and no luck. Is there a switch or something I need to install?

For those that have wrestled with this, my attempt is to use the pre-existing wiring as it would be nice not to have a new set of wires running around the engine compartment.

Any tips / advice would be most welcome!

/Brian
