Buying 2004 C70 - Any Advice? C70

I am about to purchase an '04 C70 - Is there anything that anyone can tell me about it that the salesmen might of left out?

I have read about the cowl shake, but didn't notice it? It is that bad?

Also, how the the top hold up after some driving time (noise, etc...)
