I am curious about motor mounts. On the volvospeed website they show a lower motor mount. I can see on my S70 GLT an uppper motor mount. Are there two motor mounts? Which one goes first and about how many miles do these last? upper and lower?

How do you press a new motor mount into the upper one? I saw instructions for the lower one on the volvo speed website. By the way is it hard to do? Has anyone used those instructions....how did it work? Any tips?
