OverHead Light Switch Problem

Got a problem with a '97 854 GLT. The overhead switch that controls the entry/exit courtsey light is going bad. It takes a bit of jiggling sometimes to get it to function correctly.

Questions:
1. How to access the area that the switch is in - I cannot see any obvious fasteners (screws, rivets, ect...)

2. ?Easy to repair/replace
