Transmission Problem at 50 MPH? S70 1999

My car has 56,300 miles on it and I have notice that when I accelerate at around the 50 mph mark, the car seems to hesitates slightly, it's almost like a skip, and then responses to the acceleration. This does not happen in any other gear or speed. Has anyone else experience this same problem.
