Intermitted rough idle dont know what else to check replace HELP!!!! 850

My 1994 850 has a rough idle problem. If I drive my car for longer than 30 minutes it starts to develop a rough idle. If I stop and let the car sit for a while 15-30 minutes the rough idle will go away only to return again after 30 minutes of driving. I have replaced the spark plugs, fuel filter, air filter, oil, checked the vacum hoses for breaks all okay and cleaned the flame trap which had oil and dirt caked all over it. I just dont understand why the rough idle develops after I have driven for a while. Surely if it was a vacum leak or a faulty spark wire it would be there all the time and not just come up after a while of driving. Could it be a fuel relay? or a faulty fuel regulator? I just dont know. SHould I maybe adjust the idle RPM's as the rough idle goes away as soon a little gas if given. I am really stumped!!!
