What to expect 850 1995

I have a white 95 850 GLT with 183k miles it's starting to show some wear and tear but I am looking to buy my first house so thinking about a minor restoration rather than another HUGE car payment for the time being.

Things I need to do now are:
1. Replace broken wiper at the headlights
2. New Paint Job
3. New Tires
4. Dash top is loose and needs to be replaced (too many forays for burned out speedo bulbs :)
5. Hearing that chirping noise from the HVAC fan

Hmmm think that covers it....

OK OK my question is this what else do I have to look froward to from a Braking, Drive Train stand point? Is it worth it?
