Cheapest place to buy K&N air filter? No local stores have any paper or K&N in stock 850

It's time for a new air filter, 5 different auto stores, none of them have right replacement element. A few of them carried K&N and highly recommended it with the Million Mile Warranty, but none of them had the right one in stock. Is the K&N a rectangle replacement like stock or the round conical ones i have seen. Do I have to modify the air filter box/housing unit ? Looks like I need to buy more then just a filter but some kit to attach it to. Is it worth the extra money up front? Thank you
