Current Drain 850 1993

I am having trouble tracking down a current drain on the 850. Using a test light, I am still getting a faint current draw after removing the radio fuses all of the other fuses (one at a time). I also have removed the top side relays, but the draw is still there.

I read in the Haynes manual that there are additional relays under the fuse panel, although I do not quite understand how to access them. I think that is where my problem is. When I connect and disconnect the test light to the battery, I hear a click from a relay (I think) being engergised.

Any advice on how to get to the additional relays? Any ideas on likely candidates of the current draw?
