Shocks/struts 850

Looking to replace shocks/struts on 93 850 with 85000 miles. I am already planning to replace upper mounts and spring seats front and rear, but I am wondering the best struts and shocks to install to keep a similiar or better ride. The Bilstiens seem to be the choice, but where is the best place to buy and are they really worth the price?

I do not want a race car, just good touring ride like new or slightly better
