Prove that one, TSB # not found by me on VEN V70-XC70 1998

I have yet to see that info and I work at as dealer. I'm presently looking for ANY such TSB # (both SBs and TNNs) and don't see that, nor have I ever. Someone has previously mentioned that rumor here before yet to my present knowledge, Volvo has not officially said that anywhere in writing.

Until I see that by Volvo, I'd advise replacing ALL '98 model year t-belts at 70K mile intervals because it's not worth a gamble. When a t-belt breaks, kiss about $3000 goodby.
