Will fuse removal kill ABS light? How to remove cluster? 850

Ok, I saw a thing online
showing an ECU fuse and an ABS fuse...
Will I be able to kill the annoying dashboard
ABS light by removing either of these? Will it
hurt anything else if i do?

Are there any instructions posted online
anywhere with details on removing the instrument cluster?
I might just pull it out and fix the bulbs with
some good ole elbow grease (not to mention the burned out
speedometer bulb)
