I'm experiencing a rough (surging) idle in my 94 855 (non turbo 198K miles) and it is setting codes 511 and 512 in A2. Can anyone tell me what these codes are or suggest any possible solutions!

I've already replaced the fuel filter, spark plugs, dist cap and rotor, and flame trap and cleaned the throttle - all of which were in need of service - but none of which have solved the problem.
