I just got some from Nick at FCP about a month ago for my 98 S70, $110/pair. Unless you talked to him directly, maybe give him a call back. He's got the Scantech, and I've been happy, though I think I lost a bit of periphery spread, but with HIDS I had to get the hard cut off. Eurosport Tuning has some but for quite a bit more $.

Dennis at Borton Volvo in MN had some OEM E-codes, maybe $135 each? He had to route them through Peurto Rico to get them here, so they are really hard to get a hold of.
