850- is it really that good? 850

I have 97 850 T5. I’ve owned the car for over 1 year and I've already spend like $1600 in repairs and service. I have only 54K. I love the car, but is a 850 really a good car like we all say on this web-site. If this car is so good why we have all this problems posted every day here. Just a thought :-). I would like to know your opinions. Thank You!
