850- is it really that good? 850

IMHO a big NO!! I think most people buy the cars for the safety and performance specs. What they don't tell you is that you either need to be really into spending money on repairing your car, or like to spend all your time doing the repairs yourself.
With all the common faults people talk about here, its a wonder Volvo is still around, and an even more important question, will the saftey features really work when and if they have to, or are they going to fail just like every other major component of my car.
