850- is it really that good? 850

well, this board is ment to be a place where people talk about their problems.

so i find it natural to see posts with people having problems here ;)

the other thing... if you want durability and reliability , buy a toyota..

if you want safety , by a volvo ...

i drive volvo , i have friends who survived horrible accidents just by being in a volvo when it happened....

my first choice car , is a 1998 S70 2,5SE with all equipment and automatic transmission. 95k on the odo and no problems. 2:nd car is a 1992 850 GLT , also automatic transmission... 130k all fine , had main seal done a couple of years ago and evaporator is broken... but i live in sweden so ill be fine...

care for your car, and be careful with what cars you buy.... if these babies are not well cared for , things will break...

then there are some known "issues" as the main seal , evaporator , abs module . and so on... but thats something all cars have to deal with...

Atleast i know that my family is somewhat safe in a accident , without the other part being crushed , as in the case of the more popular SUVīs

we all make our choices , i made mine and so far im happy with it.

if it costs you some more , then judge for yourself if it was worth it in the end.
