850- is it really that good? 850

They can be excellent cars depending on who owns them.

What amazes me is that people will gripe about the fact that they spend so much money on repairs--such as thermostat, $12, brake pads, $50, timing belt, $45 +labor, and the like, but yet I see the same people having no problem shelling out $1000 for a new chip when the original works fine, or a whole new set of struts and springs, $800-1000, when they admit the originals worked fine.

Doesn't make sense to me.
