CD problems S70 1998

Hi! My Dad's S70 CD player (an SC900) decided today not to give one of the 3 CD's back (maybe it liked it too much?!?).

2 of the 3 the casette takes are in the casette, but the 3rd won't play, wont eject.

The radio display says 'ERROR 02'

Any help/advice much appreciated.

ps - my 855 with a 6 disc autochanger is good at getting jammed, and i can remove, strip down, and get errand CD back in 15 minutes now! Then all ok again for a couple of months!
