instrument lamps 850

Greetings,
I need to replace some burt out lamps in the instrument cluster. I think I can get to them without too much of a problem. I want to know what replacment bulbs to use. Do I have to get them from Volvo, or can I go the the local autoparts store? How many, and what type of bubls do I need to replace the instrument lamps.
I also need to replace the lights below the shifter lever (auto trans.), and the bulbs in the seat heater switches. How do I remove the seat heater swithces?
