Phantom oil change 850

My dealer did that once, too. I discovered it when I was driving home and I heard the case of Mobil-1 sliding around in the back right where I had left it! Since then I've always checked to see if the oil is clean and the filter is shiny. They've also billed me for an automatic transmission fluid change, TWICE, and my car is a 5-speed manual. Scary. Now I avoid 'em as much as I can.
