PLEASE HELP!! URGENT S80 2001

What belt broke? the serpentine accessory belt or the timing belt?

I don't know specifics about the S80, but in '99 and newer S70/V70, it's recommended to change the serpentine belt every 30k miles and the timing belt at 105k miles.

Read the car's manual and check at what intervals the different belts are recommended to be changed.

If indeed it was the serpentine belt that broke at 62K miles, find out if it was changed at 30k miles. If it was changed at 30K miles as recommended, and you neglected to replace it at 60k, then you are out of luck.
