Intermittent A/C clutch-HELP!

I have a '98 S70 T5 and the A/C clutch will cycle on for a few seconds, off for about ten, on again, off again. The A/C will not blow cold air at all. I checked the R-134 levels at the low pressure port and the pressure cycles between 25 and 45, so I think there is enough coolant medium.

Does anyone know where the A/C relay is located?

Does anyone know where the cabin air temp sensor is located?

Is there something else I can check?

ANy help is greatly appreciated!
