70k, 80k, 90k, and coming up on 100k Service! S70 1998

I have had my car for a while, a 1998 Volvo S70 n/a. I have not driving it that much, my brother has been taking care of it. Well at least I thought. I need to do the 70k, 80k, 90k, and 100k mile service. What has to be done? And how much money will I expect to throw down? Also, should I go to the dealer for all this, or go to a volvo shop that deals with older/used volvos?
