IPD Sport Springs S70 1998

I was thinking about putting some IPD Sport Springs in my VOlvo S70 1998. Is this a good idea? They lower the car around 1.4 inches. I have 16" 850 Turbo twisted wheels on there now *had to get rid of my hubcaps*. In lowering the car, I am worried about rubbing, so what tire size should i go with so that I can lower my car, use my 16" turbo wheels, and not get rubbing?
