I havent had personal experience with a volvo tank but with my bmw I got the tank replaced by a place called renu.. It was the best place for replacement since it was a saddletank that went across the rear driveshaft.
Anyways make sure its not the filler pipe that leaking. If its the actual tank than source it out for a good price.
